2008 VIDAL BLANC: 75% Vidal Blanc and 25% Riesling results in a clean crisp white wine that pairs well with fish or chicken dishes. RS 2.0% $11.00
2007 RIESLING: A combination of Finger Lakes and Pennsylvania Riesling. Slightly off dry, this pairs nicely with spicy asian cuisine, as well pork and sauerkraut. RS 2.5% $12.00
NIMBLE HILL WHITE: 60% Vidal Blanc and 40% Cayuga White. A great sipping wine that pairs well with cheeses and light meals. RS 3.0% $10.00
2008 GEWURZTRAMINER: Germanic style, “spicy” white wine. Notes of lychee fruit and spice dominate this wine. RS 3.0% $13.00
Coming Fall 2009

2007 CABERNET FRANC: Slightly lighter bodied than Merlot or Cab Sauvignon, a nice dry table wine with fruit flavors. RS 0% $15.00
2007 MERLOT: 2007 provided us with very ripe Merlot grapes from Long Island. This is a medium to full bodied wine with soft and supple tannins. A very good red table wine. RS 0% $15.00
CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Sorry no 2008. Hopefully we will produce some in 2009 for release in 2010
NIMBLE HILL RED: A full bodied intensely colored, but soft “pasta red” wine. RS 0.6% $10.00

INNOCENCE: Our new blush wine. The majority of the grapes in this wine were grown at Nimble Hill. A great summer sipper. RS 4.0% $10.00
MOUNTAIN RED: Proprietary red blend of native American and Hybrid grapes, very grapey, like a red version of Niagara. Serve chilled. RS 5.0% $9.00
HARVEST MOON: Our hot tub wine. Don’t take this wine too seriously, just sit back, take a sip and enjoy. Best when served chilled. RS 5.5% $8.00
NIAGARA: Our sweetest white wine made from Native American grapes. This wine screams grapes, grapes, grapes!! Serve very cold with sharp cheddar cheese or cheesecake. RS 6.8% $8.00

MOUNTAIN MAGIC (500ML): "Pennsylvania port". Made from local grapes goes great with anything chocolate. RS 8.5%, ALC 20% $15.00
