2007 CHARDONNAY: 60% fermented in sainless steel and 40% fermented and aged in oak, results in a fruity yet complex wine. $12.99
2007 VIDAL BLANC/ RIESLING: 80% Vidal Blanc and 20% Riesling results in a clean crisp white wine that pairs well with fish or chicken dishes. $10.99
2007 RIESLING: A combination of Finger Lakes and Pennsylvania Riesling. Slightly off dry, this pairs nicely with spicy asian cuisine, as well pork and sauerkraut. $12.99

NIMBLE HILL RED: An estate wine, meaning all of the grapes were grown at Nimble Hill Vineyards. A blend of St. Croix and Landot Noir grapes. A full bodied intensely colored, but soft "pasta red" wine. $9.99
2007 CABERNET FRANC: Slightly lighter bodied than Merlot or Cab Sauvignon, a nice dry table wine with fruit flavors. $14.99
2007 MERLOT: 2007 provided us with very ripe Merlot grapes from Long Island. This is a medium to full bodied wine with soft and supple tannins. A very good red table wine. $14.99
2007 CABERNET SAUVIGNON: Our richest and most full bodied red table wine, again the result of an excellent vintage on Long Island in 2007. $14.99

INNOCENCE: Our new blush wine. The majority of the grapes in this wine were grown at Nimble Hill. A great summer sipper. $8.99
